As the Deputy Director of The University of Queensland’s Institute of Continuing and TESOL Education (ICTE), I worked closely with Philippa and Fiona for many years. At the time, Philippa and Fiona headed up ICTE’s Teacher Training division, and together, we were a dynamic team, bringing ICTE’s innovative professional development programs to the world.
