FAQs

When do QI courses run?

We typically deliver training programs from February to November each year. The peak training period is from May to October. Please email us to discuss your request, including preferred dates. We'll arrange a video call to discuss your needs.

How can I be sure the QI training will serve our teachers' needs?

For us, collaboration is key. We meet with you to understand your institution's needs and desired outcomes from a professional development program. We then tailor a program accordingly. We ensure quality outcomes by seeking feedback at different stages of the design and delivery process.

Can individuals join QI courses?

No, we work with groups within organisations. However, you can organise a small group of colleagues and enrol in a program together, with up to 20 participants per class. Contact us to find out more ways to organise a program to suit your needs.

How much does a QI training program cost?

To maintain best practice in online delivery, our training programs are costed on a per class basis with a maximum of up to 20 participants in one class. Fees will depend on the scope of your professional development project. Talk to us about our fees and pricing structure.

Are all QI courses offered online?

Yes, all QI courses are offered as interactive, online training via Zoom or Google Meet. We do have some capacity to support group professional training in Brisbane, or in-person training overseas with our local school and university partners.

How can I meet with
the QI team?

Please email us a brief summary of your inquiry. We'll review your request and arrange a video call to discuss your needs. Please direct your emails to the QI Directors, Philippa and Fiona. We look forward to hearing from you!
