Empowering Women in Business: QI Awarded the 2025 Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Grant
[Blog] QI Co-Founders, Philippa Coleman and Fiona Wiebusch, were recognised as recipients of the 2025 Lord Mayor’s Women in Business Grant on 26 March. The event brought together a vibrant network of Brisbane’s female-led enterprises, with Philippa and Fiona set to join a 12-month Executive Education program supporting women in business and leadership.
Inclusive Teaching in Focus: Supporting Chilean English Language Teachers
[Blog] On 28 March 2025, The Queensland Institute delivered an online workshop on Inclusive Education in collaboration with the Chilean Ministry of Education and PIAP. With 140 teachers registering in just 24 hours, the session explored Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and practical strategies to support inclusive English classrooms across Chile.
Strengthening Partnerships for Teacher Training: MOU Announcement
