Consultant - Education Technology Specialist

Peter joined the Queensland Institute Pty Ltd team in April 2022 and works across a range of projects to support QI program management, marketing and education technology. Peter began his career as an English teacher after completing his degree at the University of Otago in New Zealand, his Cambridge CELTA at the University of Queensland and DELTA at International House in Thailand. Peter has lived in Brisbane since 2014 and draws on his breadth of experience in international education, having previously worked at Browns English Language School, The Institute of Continuing and TESOL Education at the University of Queensland, UQ College and QUT. Peter worked with QI Directors, Philippa and Fiona, from 2019 to 2020 at UQ and also supported the Raise your Voice Choir festival - a community choir project with international students. Peter is also an avid podcaster and edu-influencer, having created over 500 English teaching podcasts and English-related video content pieces for TikTok. We are delighted to welcome Peter to our team.
